12. Dispute Resolution
Arbitration for this website would be bologna. Legendary Law PC is not paying bologna arbitration fees related to this Website. If You want to go to arbitration, Legendary Law PC may consider it, but You would pay all the arbitration fees and costs and all of Your attorneys fees.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Website, or any alleged dispute between you and Legendary Law PC shall be resolved as follows:
Good Faith Negotiation – Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. The complaining party must provide written notice of the dispute, outlining the facts and relief sought. The receiving party shall have 30 days to respond.
Venue & Forum – If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in San Diego, California. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections to inconvenient forum.
Waiver of Class Actions – You agree to bring any claim individually and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against Legendary Law PC. Only individual claims may be brought. No collective action, no representative action, no class action, no joinder… just You and Legendary Law PC mano a mano (bring it, godspeed to you).
Cost Responsibility – To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bear all costs associated with pursuing any dispute, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, filing fees, interest, and court costs. Legendary Law PC shall not be responsible for any arbitration or litigation costs incurred by you.
Injunctive Relief – Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect our intellectual property or enforce our rights under these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this Website for any user who violates these Terms or engages in activities that may harm Legendary Law PC or its users.
15. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The attorney at Legendary Law PC is licensed to practice in the State of California and Nevada. We partner with local counsel when required and needed in litigation outside of California (although we reserve the right to challenge the constitutionality of any jurisdiction forcing Legendary Law or any of its attorneys to do so).
